Distributor: Learn 360. Suri's family are from Iran, a large country in the Middle East in the continent of Asia. She makes the traditional Iranian dish of chicken joojeh. Suri begins by marinating the chicken in natural yoghurt, spring onions, turmeric powder and lemon juice. She then takes her special ingredient of saffron, grinds it down to a powder and adds salt and natural yoghurt before she mixes it in with the rest of the marinade. Suri serves her chicken joojeh with tomatoes. They enjoy the meal while sitting on the floor, a traditional Iranian custom on special occasions. Will her friends like the special ingredient when it is cooked in her joojeh?
